Booking & Cancellation Policy

What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment?

  • All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

  • Consultation forms are sent upon booking for all new clients & to new services. Forms must be completed 48hrs prior to your appointment.

  • A minimum of 24hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late arrivals; if you are more than 15mins late we may need to cancel your appointment & reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.

  • Failure to attend your appointment or provide the required notice will result in a charge of 90% of the service total to the card on file.

  • Please arrive to your appointment without extra guests or children unless arranged prior.

  • Patch testing may be required for selected services.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
